These terms govern use of the oosyy website and purchases from oosyy, operating from Washington, DC, United States. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated below.

1. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Use the website only for lawful personal shopping. You may not interfere with store operation, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person or use the site for fraud.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present each item accurately, including product-specific images, brand, size, condition and price. Colors can vary by display and lighting. Sizing varies across brands and periods. Pre-owned or archive items may show disclosed wear or age. Minor typographical, image or pricing errors may occasionally occur and may be corrected.

3. Independent retailer

Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products. Unless expressly stated, oosyy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those brands.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. Applicable tax, shipping, discounts and the final total are displayed during checkout. Payment must be authorized by the connected payment provider. We do not guarantee that every payment method is available for every order, device or location.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the order is approved for fulfillment. We may cancel or limit an order for inventory error, payment failure, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, address problems or a material listing or pricing error. Any captured amount for a canceled order will be refunded as required.

6. Limited inventory

Many products are one-of-one or available in very limited quantities. Placement in a cart does not reserve an item unless the checkout page expressly says so, and availability is not final until the order is accepted.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Promotions

Promotion codes and offers may have separate eligibility, timing, product and geographic restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by abuse or a material technical error.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, oosyy name and branding, original photography, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to oosyy and protected by applicable law. You may view the store and save order records for personal use. No other copying, republication, commercial use or creation of derivative materials is authorized without written permission.

Checkout, payments, carriers and linked third-party websites may be operated by independent providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. oosyy is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its reasonable control, but this does not limit responsibility imposed by law.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly provided and rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, oosyy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from site use. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, or to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the District of Columbia and the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
